Functions of the Directorate

• Facilitates the development and management of institutional partnerships and collaborations.
• Coordinates Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with local and international organizations
• Coordinates staff and student exchange programmes and capacity-building activities
• Enhances the institution’s visibility through strategic communication and outreach
• Identifies funding opportunities and supports resource mobilization effort
• Promotes research collaboration, innovation hubs, and technology transfer initiatives
• Strengthens alumni engagement and leverages alumni networks for institutional growth
• Supports linkages between academia, industry, and government for policy and development impact.
